Whether for brunch, as an after-work highlight or just as a little treat in between - this drink delivers a small moment of luxury in a glass.

Ingredients:

 1 espresso or 50 ml strong coffee
 40 ml Baileys Irish Cream
 100 ml cold milk or oat drink
 Ice cubes
 Optional: chocolate shavings or cocoa powder

 Preparation:

Add ice to a glass, pour the coffee and Baileys over it, top up with cold milk and stir gently. Garnish with chocolate if you like.
