Our Coffee Affogato on Ice is the perfect blend of creamy vanilla ice cream, bold espresso and refreshing crushed ice. Whether as a dessert or a little afternoon pick-me-up, this summer drink rings Italian dolce vita straight to your glass. Optionally with caramel syrup or a splash of amaretto for that little something extra.

Ingredients:

 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
 1 espresso
 Crushed ice
 Optional: caramel syrup or amaretto

Preparation:

Put the vanilla ice cream in a glass, pour the espresso over it, add the crushed ice. Finish with syrup or amaretto. Then head out into the sun. ☀️
