These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between the company Rising AG and its customers. They are valid for our internet shop as well as for all our written and verbal offers as well as for all orders placed with us and accepted by us. The mere inspection of our website is non-binding and does not constitute a legal relationship.
orders
When placing an order, Rising AG has the right at any time to insist on advance payment or to refuse an order. As a customer, you accept our terms and conditions and thereby confirm that the data you have provided is correct. In particular, he confirms that he is at least 18 years old at the time of the order. If false statements by the buyer lead to damage to the seller, this will be passed on to the buyer. Benefits and risks of the purchased item are transferred to the buyer at the time the goods are taken over by the buyer.
Health warning
The buyer confirms that he is aware of the risks and consequences of tobacco consumption. The buyer knows the health warnings of the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG) regarding tobacco consumption. The seller expressly rejects any responsibility and liability for damage to the health of the buyer.
Prices
Rising AG can change or adjust the prices at any time. The agreed prices apply to contracts that have already entered into force and are ongoing. The listed prices as well as the detailed product descriptions are not guaranteed. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
pay
Ordered items can be paid for by invoice, advance payment, TWINT or PayPal. Payment for orders against invoice is due within 20 days of the invoice date.

Shipment
Postage and shipping costs:
- Up to 2 kg CHF 10.50
- Up to 10 kg CHF 13.50
- Up to 30 kg CHF 22.50
For shipping outside of Switzerland, the postage and packaging costs are to be requested, orders abroad will only be shipped against prepayment.
Orders received by 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Delivery within 2-3 days.
damage
If the goods are delivered damaged or incomplete, this must be reported in writing within 2 days of shipment.
refund policy
When ordering (with the exception of individual cigars or cigars that are openly packaged), the buyer has the option of sending them back within 7 days of the invoice date by registered mail with justification. However, the right of return only applies if the items ordered are unused, unopened and in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The return is at the expense of the buyer.
retention of title
The goods remain the property of Rising AG until full payment.
Jurisdiction and Law
Swiss law applies exclusively to all deliveries, both within Switzerland and abroad. The place of jurisdiction is Berne.
